LEAP Awards
The Leadership, Excellence and Partnership Award is an award you can work to in multiple years or you can work towards multiple levels in the same year. The PDF contains all the requirements. Please review and then fill out the form each year, so we can keep track of where you are at.
Post-Event Report
PTA Members can fill out this post-event report to give feedback on how a specific event or program went so we can review the information and do better next time. Please take a few minutes to fill this out following an event or a program that you were in charge of, helped plan, volunteered at or attended.
